Today I brought my portable virtual pinball machine to the Grand Opportunity (GOUSA) fundraiser event at JP's Cathedral Room in Billerica, Massachusetts. This is the first time my prototype machine has left my garage and in front of the public. It's configured with two custom pinball tables: OppScore ®️ Pinball, and a preview version of J6: Insturrection Pinball.
OppScore Pinball is a tribute to the Opportunity Score political credit rating system from Grand Opportunity USA (www.go-usa.us) founded by John Paul Moran. OppScore is a non-partisan, universal, political credit rating based on Five Points of Opportunity - personal, economic, social, education, and national, The scores show whether a politician is "working for you" or "working against you" using over 35 separate criteria rolls up into a single rating value from 5.0 (pro-opportunity) to -5.0 (anti-opportunity). These principles are constitutional, advance voter opportunity, and are supported by the vast majority of voters. In the pinball game, you aim to gain points by hitting all 5 Opportunity targets, advancing political participation through 10 levels including school board member, legistator, through President of the US. Gain bonues for Freedom, Independence, and Limited Government. Extra points for lighting the Constitution, will of The People, and Integrity!
The OppScore Pinball table is based on the original Big Indian pinball game by D. Gottlieb & Co, 1974. The software is a modification of the VPX table by authors jpsalas, outhere, and other great works by many in the open Visual Pinball community.
